PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Pilates is an exercise program created in 1920 by Joseph Pilates. It has since then taken over the world due to its ability to gently strengthen, stabilize and balance the body. In the past 100 years Pilates has been improved and developed further by the disciples of Joseph, using the latest bio-mechanics and anatomy/ physiology research. I am trained in 2 leading styles of Pilates - Polestar and BASI and continue my education still. Additionally with my extensive background in dance I understand supple bodies that lack stability and strength and I can help you improve on those aspects in my group and private . sessions. Allow yourself 10 sessions to get a noticeable difference in how your body operates. Spaces with me a limited.

My journey with yoga started after a severe injury which took my ability to perform what I enjoy in life. I discovered a way through pain, disability and mental health issues through yoga, fitness and a healthier lifestyle in general. Reason why I am very passionate about the topics I teach. Going from barely moving to very active, overweight to healthy, and being varied in my activities, I am able to understand what challenges others may face, and what pathways will more efficiently lead them to success. I am now on a journey to share the knowledge I acquired while steadily striving to improve it. This is achieved through constant learning and direct application through teaching, to help others on their own journey, whatever it might be: - Strengthening - Healthy living - Weight loss - Injury prevention and recovery - Or simply facing life's daily challenges.   • A 12 month personalised exercise plan
  • Professional advice and exercise assistance
  • Dietary advice and a 12 month customised meal plan
  • Personalised guidance and support
  • Monthly body measurements
  • Monthly body fat calculations
  • Body photos (before, monthly, and after)
  • Final client screening and progress report
  • A minimum of 5 fully instructed sessions (1 – 1.5 hrs each) on Week 1 of each month
